Please follow the link below to our online booking system. We use Hubtiger for all our bookings and service history. You can sign up to Hubtiger through their app on Apple or Android, and we can send you information and progress about your servicing through there. Also, Hubtiger keeps history of your servicing so we can track when work was previously done. If you sell your bike, we can transfer the history in to the new owners name! Very handy.

When booking, please only book jobs specific to the bike you have registered/selected in your booking. You can book multiple jobs per bike in one booking e.g Fork, Shock and Dropper service for your Pivot Firebird. But if you are booking multiple jobs, that belong to seperate bikes, please make another booking for the other bike.

If you would like to drop your servicing to us directly at the workshop, please call us to arrange a time that suits as we are located on private property.

If you would like to utilise our Hawkes Bay pick up and drop off service, please make sure to click that service button at the bottom of the first page and it will direct you to an address finder. Your job will be scheduled for the first available time slot following the pick up date.

If you would like to courier your work to us, please let us know in the customer service notes (where it asks if there is any issues with the bike)

Registered dealer bookings (Bike Shops)

Please book the job and register bike under the customer name, and put your bike shop name in the customer notes section (where it asks if there is any issues with the bike). We will list you as a third party for the job, which will forward all contacts and invoicing to your bike shop. The customer will not hear from us, but it will mean that Hubtiger will register their service history with us. If requesting the pick up service, please type your shop name in the address finder instead of searching the actual address e.g type Peak Suspension instead of 15 Knorp St, Otane.
